We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with various tasks remotely. This role involves administrative work, customer service, and support in creating and managing content.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Admin Tasks: Handle emails, schedule meetings, and organize travel plans.
  2. Customer Service: Answer customer questions through email, social media, and phone.
  3. Data Entry: Keep records organized and up-to-date.
  4. Content Help: Assist in creating and editing content for online platforms.
  5. Basic Bookkeeping: Manage invoices and track expenses.
  6. Online Research: Find information online as needed.
  7. Social Media: Update social media accounts and engage with followers.
  8. Event Support: Help plan and organize online and offline events.
  9. Technical Help: Basic troubleshooting for software or hardware issues.
  10. Project Assistance: Help with planning and tracking various projects.
  11. Marketing Support: Assist with marketing tasks and track results.

Skills Needed:

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
  • Organized and good at multitasking.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Have a reliable internet connection.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
