Key Responsibilities:

- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for prospects with the sales team.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and manage lead data in the CRM system.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with sales executives to develop and refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities and enhance sales efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes, analyzing performance against targets.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospects and clients to improve sales tactics and product offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and persuade.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
