We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry databases.
  2. Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
  3. Qualification: Assess the needs and potential of leads to determine their viability as prospects.
  4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-up and communication.
  5. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for prospects with the sales team.
  6. Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and manage lead data in the CRM system.
  7. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with sales executives to develop and refine sales strategies and approaches.
  8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities and enhance sales efforts.
  9. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes, analyzing performance against targets.
  10. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospects and clients to improve sales tactics and product offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and persuade.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
